R&D Planning & Strategy
We support the journey from research idea to project award, providing proposal development, consortium formation, and delivery support across national R&D programs.
From Research Idea to Funded Project
Good research needs funding to become reality. ACRO helps investigators, hospitals, and companies develop research ideas into competitive proposals for national R&D programs and public procurement projects, with support continuing through delivery after award.
Why it matters
National R&D funding is highly competitive and procedurally demanding. Even strong ideas may fail if proposals do not align with program goals, lack convincing methodology, or rely on a weak consortium. Programs in Korea are administered through ministries and agencies such as KDDF, KHIDI, NRF, and KEIT, each with distinct objectives, evaluation criteria, and reporting requirements. Matching the proposal to the right call can determine the outcome.

How we work
Starting with the research idea and target program, we structure proposals around the call's goals and evaluation criteria. Our biostatistical and clinical methodology expertise strengthens the research plan at the heart of the proposal. After award, we continue to support delivery and reporting.
